The mural is based on a story by Annie van Gils, who has been living next to the Mols Parking for over 60 years now. In her younger years, the many businesses and crafts that were established on and around this spot ensured an almost constant flow of suppliers and delivery vans. Annie and her peers were therefore not allowed to play outside in the neighbourhood, so she was forced to play with her brothers and sisters in the backyard, which was only a few tiles in size.
